Great house for event guests, getaways, or rent by the day for small gatherings, parties, or meetings.
Overnight Rate: $300/night, plus $250 refundable damage/security deposit and additional $200 cleaning fee. (Two night minimum stay)
Day rate: $300/night, plus $250 refundable damage/security deposit and additional $100-$200 cleaning fee (depending on use of house).

JB's Barn
Beautiful barn great for large gatherings, events, and parties.
1-Day Rate: $2000/day (8am-11pm) with $500 refundable security deposit.
Weekend Rate: $5000 Thursday 8am-Sunday 12pm with $500 refundable security deposit.
For an additional $500, you may get into the barn the day before at 3pm for set up and rehearsal dinner.
