Two days JB's Barn Rental (8 a.m. first day - 11 p.m. 2nd day) and two nights Hood House Rental ( Noon check in and noon check out). Includes all fees. Barn Amenities: Central heat & air, spacious men's and women's restrooms and an attached prep are for catering services and dressing room with private restroom. House Amenities: Large meeting room and kitchen, living room, dining room, 4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, screened in porch with fireplace, deck with grill, two car carport, covered front porch. $3700 with additional $350 refundable damage deposit--Total $4050.
