Basic- $2500 with additional $350 refundable damage deposit--Total $2850. Barn Amenities: Central heat & air, spacious men's and women's restrooms and an attached prep are for catering services and dressing room with private restroom. Accommodates up to 200 guests. House Amenities: Large meeting room and kitchen, living room, dining room, 4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, screened in porch with fireplace, deck with grill, two car carport, covered front porch.
